If TinyNote Pro does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason. Where applicable law provides otherwise, that law takes precedence.

How to request a refund

Email your purchase address or Payment ID to tinynote-app@wu2kong.com with “TinyNote refund request” in the subject. We normally reply and process requests within five business days; the time for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and card issuer.

If you choose to share what did not work well, it helps us improve, but it is never a condition of a refund.

License handling

Once a refund is completed, the related Pro license is deactivated. You may purchase and activate a new license again at any time.

Order issues

For duplicate charges, a missing license, or an unusual payment status, email us directly and we will help verify and resolve the order.
